Bri M.
Veterinary Technician
Bri is our newest member of the team. She has been in the vet med for over four years now, starting off as an assistant and is now our new technician. She is currently enrolled at Penn Foster to achieve her associate’s degree in veterinary science and to ultimately obtain her CVT. After cosmetology school, and a few years as makeup artist, she realized she wanted to finally go after her childhood dream of working with and caring for animals. Bri got her love and passion for animals from her father who always liked to come home and surprise her with a new fuzzy or scaled friend. Bri currently has a very spoiled husky mix, a fluffy black cat, 2 snakes, and 3 goats.

Additionally, she and her partner have been slowly renovating their house since 2020. Their favorite additions to their home are their 2 dogs, Whiskey and Sage.

Beverly has grown up with animals all her life. After caring for her rabbit, Carbun, who had suffered from GI Stasis she couldn’t deny her calling to care for animals. Since then, she has completed MxCC’s Veterinary Assistant Certificate program in 2019. Her passion to care for animals has now become a reality here at Northeastern Veterinary Care Center. While she gets hands-on experience working beside Dr. Beal, she is now enrolled in Penn Foster’s Veterinary Technology Associate Program. She is a dog mom to her Australian Cattle Dog Rev and American Pit Bull Gunner. Along with their little sister Nutmeg a Syrian Hamster.
Naveah B.
Exam Room Assistant
Pursuing her interests, Nevaeh studied at Three Rivers Community College where she earned a Veterinary Assistant certification. She was proud of this achievement as it afforded her the opportunity to work with animals. She completed her internship at New London VCA where she quickly decided a career in the veterinary industry was for her! Since joining the team at NEVCC, she has especially enjoyed developing meaningful relationships with our patients. In her free time she enjoys gaming and growing her knowledge of animal behavior. She has 3 dogs including little spoiled rotten Sadie who is the baby so thinks she does not have to follow rules!
Abby I.
Relief Veterinary Technician (LVT)
Abby started with us as an exam room assistant in 2019 while pursuing her Vet Tech degree in MxCC’s Veterinary Technology program. She graduated in 2020, passed her certification exam, and is thrilled to now be working for Dr. Beal as a Certified Vet Tech! She has always had a passion for animals and science, and thus, she decided to pursue a career path that fused both. She has one sassy, 19-year-old cat named Ginger, whom she’s had since a wee kitten. She also previously had a cat named Beans, who, unfortunately, at the young age of 18 months, succumbed to a liver disease and joined kitty heaven. This further fueled her desire to pursue the veterinary field and aid animals any way she can!
